So this just sort of came out. I'm not sure what possessed this but I'm rolling with it...
Stifled
Don't stress over the hurry of conscious flurry of worries you posses
or the to-dos you think you should do today.
There is always tomorrow to worry.
There is always a way to make yourself breathe and remember that December or November, or any other month for that matter is coming anyway.
Today is an ember, bring it to life.
If you do have to do it today, whatever it may be, don't have a fit about it.
Chances are that the amount of time you would spend having a temper tantrum could have been spent doing what you should have been doing from the beginning.
Hold your breath,
Count to ten.
If you slowly unfold your thoughts like cold wings, and bring yourself to see that you are your cage that sold your life away, it gets easier.
Sleep in.
If you take your waking dread and make it your thoughts for bed, you'll never sleep.
Ideas should flow like a soft current in your head, or blow like a wind while you stand on the bridge of your mind.
Life is short,
And more doors are open then are closed.
Rifle through the ways you can stifle your head and open your eyes.
If you're looking at the floor how do you expect to see the sky.
